Shipping information

Immediately after you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the relevant information. Upon completion of your order, you'll be redirected to PayPal for fast and secure payment. On receipt of your payment, we will begin processing you order and you will be kept up to date on how our work is progressing. 


Lead time & shipping days

Your order will be dispatched within max. 10 days after receiving your payment. We make every effort to ensure that what we offer in this shop corresponds to the current status of our stocks, although it may happen that the actual delivery time is lengthened – we will let you know immediately if this happens.

In exceptional situations, like with the pre-xmas special cheeze sets, we will dispatch your parcel on the date mentioned in the item's description.

We ship parcels via UPS courier services and it may take up to 3 working days for delivery, depending on the parcel's destination. In most cases, however, UPS parcels reach the European continental delivery address within 2 business days of dispatch. 

Shipping is exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays - to avoid parcels remaining in courier depots or warehouses over weekends.

Although UPS informs us about the planned date of delivery at the time of ordering their services, please note we cannot be held responsible for cheezes arriving spoiled as a result of sudden shipping delays. If you have any doubts about the efficiency of the UPS service, we strongly recommend you contact us to discuss viable alternative methods of shipping, prior to your purchase.


We ship our cheezes together with reusable cooling inserts - in a recyclable, thick styrofoam box, which maintains the cool temperature inside. Kindly note that the reusable cooling inserts might arrive thawed - this is normal, as they will have done their job.

During the winter season though, we reserve the right to resign from styrofoam boxes, but still - only for delivery addresses that UPS can reach within 2 business days. Of course we would still pack you order accordingly, to ensure the products arrive safely.

Receiving Your Order

If you are NOT likely to be home to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, we STRONGLY suggest having the order shipped to your work location, or, to a family member/friend/neighbour who can take the items in and put them into proper cold storage immediately on arrival. We are not responsible for products that are too thawed if they're delivered early and not received until later in the evening, so please plan your delivery accordingly so that your order will not spend the day sitting on a porch, or in a hallway, where it will continue to thaw for many hours. Also, we do not recommend shipping to PO Box addresses. If you do ship to a PO Box, we strongly recommend checking with your post office daily for delivery. Items are shipped chilled and are perishable. They should be refrigerated upon arrival.


We will do our part to ensure we make our cheezes with as much love and care as possible, to package them well and securely, and send them in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. However, due to the perishable nature of these cheeses, and factors beyond our control, any international orders for this item are done so at your own risk, particularly if you do not choose the express courier option, as there is a chance the cheeses will spoil if left unrefrigerated for too long. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit, or spoilage to contents, once they have left our premises. 

Method of payment

Electronic payment – the most convenient and a very fast way of realizing an order. During working hours funds are usually transferred to our account immediately.
